PDR (technique)
Paintless Dent Repair — removing dents by working from inside the panel with specialized rods and tools, without repainting. Ideal for hail damage because the paint rarely cracks. Preserves factory finish, faster than traditional repair, protects resale value.

Comprehensive Coverage (insurance)
Also called "Other Than Collision" (OTC) on some policies. Covers damage from weather, theft, vandalism, animal strikes, falling objects — anything not caused by a collision. Hail is one of the named perils. If you don't carry comprehensive, hail damage is not covered.

Deductible (insurance)
