• Insurance carriers — when you are filing an insurance claim for your repair, we share the information required to process the claim and negotiate supplements
• Parts suppliers and sublet vendors — to the extent necessary to source parts or perform specialty sub-work (e.g., wheel alignment at an external alignment shop)
• Service providers and technology platforms that help us operate — including our form provider (StaticForms), our web analytics provider (Google Analytics 4), and our communications providers (phone, SMS, email). These providers process your information under contract and only for the purposes we specify.

Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. The primary analytics provider is Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-3SRF51C730). Google may set cookies to analyze Site usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Site features may be affected.

Ads measurement (OpenAI). When we run ads inside ChatGPT, the Site loads OpenAI's ads measurement pixel (oaiq). If you arrive from a ChatGPT ad, it stores a first-party cookie (__oppref, 30 days) and reports to OpenAI whether that visit led to an estimate request, a call, or a text — so we can tell whether the ads are worth running. If you submit a phone number or email address, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of it may be sent to OpenAI to match the conversion to the ad click; the number or address itself is never sent to OpenAI. The pixel also receives a one-way hash of a random identifier stored in your browser (localStorage), used only so OpenAI can match events from the same browser — it contains no personal information. You can block this pixel by disabling cookies or using a content blocker.

We do not use this pixel — or any other — for Site retargeting or paid-ad remarketing. If we add retargeting in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Data Retention

We retain information for the following periods:

• Estimate request leads — up to 3 years from submission, in case you return for the repair
• Completed repair records — 7 years, to support warranty claims and tax/business records
• Analytics data — as configured in Google Analytics, typically 14 months for standard event data
• Call recordings (if made) — 90 days for quality purposes, unless longer retention is required by law

You may request earlier deletion of your information by contacting us (see below), subject to any legal retention obligations that apply.

Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
