This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you visit our Site, contact us, or bring a vehicle to our shop. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you submit an estimate request, exit-intent popup, partial lead capture, or any other form on our Site, we collect the information you choose to share, which typically includes:
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address
- Vehicle details — year, make, model, color, VIN (if provided), damage description
- Repair context — circumstances of the damage, insurance carrier (if any), preferred contact method
- Photos or documents if you text or email damage photos, police reports, or insurance correspondence
When you call us, we may collect the information you share verbally and may record the call for quality and training purposes where permitted by law.
When you bring a vehicle to our shop, we collect identifying information required to perform the repair, insurance claim, or pre-purchase inspection, including driver's license, insurance policy information, and vehicle registration.

When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard web-browsing information, including:
- IP address, approximate geographic location (city level), and device / browser type
- Pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and click events
- Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics (described below)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to your estimate requests and communicating about your vehicle repair
- Performing the repair and coordinating with your insurance carrier, parts suppliers, and towing providers
- Following up after your repair to confirm satisfaction and request a review
- Improving the Site and our services based on analytics data

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Insurance carriers — when you are filing an insurance claim for your repair, we share the information required to process the claim and negotiate supplements
- Parts suppliers and sublet vendors — to the extent necessary to source parts or perform specialty sub-work (e.g., wheel alignment at an external alignment shop)
- Service providers and technology platforms that help us operate — including our form provider (StaticForms), our web analytics provider (Google Analytics 4), and our communications providers (phone, SMS, email). These providers process your information under contract and only for the purposes we specify.
- Legal authorities when required by law, valid subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of any person
