We document damage, photograph every affected area, and format the estimate to match what adjusters expect. If you want, we can submit the estimate to your insurer directly.
Yes — one estimate covers everything. Collision repair, hail damage, paint and refinishing, frame straightening, aluminum body repair, and ADAS recalibration. If your vehicle needs multiple repair types, we quote them all in one itemized document. We'll also tell you honestly what's worth fixing and what isn't.
Minimum: your vehicle make/model/year and a description (or photos) of the damage. For insurance estimates, add your claim number if you have one. For a faster walk-in, bring your insurance card, policy number, and driver's license. If you don't have all of it, no problem — we can work with what you have.
Our estimates are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued. Parts prices and labor rates fluctuate, so after 30 days we re-quote to reflect current costs. There's no charge for a re-quote if you need one.
On qualifying insurance claims, DG Collision Center contributes up to $1,000 toward your deductible — a real check applied to your out-of-pocket, not a bogus discount.
