REPAIR AND LOANER, SET UP TOGETHER
01. Text us photos
Send photos of the hail damage to (602) 935-6008. We’ll tell you what we see and roughly what the repair runs.
02. Schedule it
We set a date for the repair, reserve your loaner, and arrange free pickup of your car if you’d rather not drive it in.
03. Drive the loaner
You drive one of our loaner cars while your car is in the shop on Cave Creek Road.
04. We handle the claim side
You open the claim; we send the adjuster our estimate and photos, handle supplements, and bill the loaner to your insurer when your policy includes rental coverage.
05. Swap back
When your car is done, it comes back with our written lifetime warranty and the loaner goes back to the fleet.
