Not Sure Which Service You Need?
Most customers don’t arrive knowing whether they need “collision repair” or “frame straightening” — and you don’t have to. The free estimate sorts it out: we look at the damage, tell you in writing what the repair involves, and confirm the full plan at teardown before any work begins. That said, here’s the rough map. Anything from a crash — fender-bender to major impact — starts at collision repair, and escalates to frame straightening only if the structure moved. Dents from a storm with intact paint are hail PDR territory. Scrapes, fading, and color repair belong to paint & refinishing.
The specialty pages exist because some vehicles need more than the standard playbook: Teslas bring aluminum construction and camera suites, aluminum-bodied trucks need an isolated bay so steel dust never touches the panels, luxury and exotic vehicles come with factory procedures and agreed-value insurance quirks, and nearly every late-model vehicle needs ADAS calibration after windshield, bumper, or structural work — which we do in-house instead of adding a dealership wait to your timeline.
If you’re earlier in the process — accident just happened, claim not filed yet, deciding whether to file at all — start with our Texas accident playbook or the guide library, which covers costs, deductibles, total-loss math, and your shop-choice rights under Texas Insurance Code §1952.301. When you’re ready for a number, the estimate is free and takes about 15 minutes, serving Lewisville and the entire DFW metroplex.
Fastest Route: Just Ask Us
Call or text photos of the damage — we’ll tell you which service it needs, what it roughly costs, and whether an insurance claim makes sense. Straight answers, about 10 minutes.
