What You Get
THE PHOENIX STORM OFFER, LINE BY LINE
Your deductible, up to $2,000. For qualifying hail claims from the October 20–21 storms — meaning the car actually took hail damage and the claim is filed with your carrier — we cover your deductible up to $2,000. The exact amount depends on the damage and is written on your estimate before we start, so there’s no surprise at pickup. It’s a discount from our side of the ledger: your insurer pays the true cost of the repair and nothing more. Under Arizona’s insurance-fraud statute, A.R.S. § 20-463, knowingly presenting a false bill in support of a claim is fraud — which is why we never adjust an estimate to pay for a deductible. (General information, not legal advice.)
A written lifetime warranty. Every repair is covered for as long as you own the car, on everything except mechanical work — including the paint on any panel we refinish. It comes from DG Collision Center, a family-owned company that has been in business since 1978, and it means what it says: if anything ever goes wrong with one of our repairs, we fix it.
Free pickup and drop-off. If the car is drivable, we collect it and bring it back finished at no charge — from your driveway, your office lot or an apartment garage.
Help with a rental. While your car is with us, we help arrange a rental and coordinate it with your carrier when your policy includes rental coverage. Loaner cars from our Texas fleet are being arranged for Phoenix; ask when you call whether one is available for your dates.
A storm line that answers. (602) 935-6008 is staffed 24/7 for storm customers, and every conversation — estimate, claim, pickup — can happen in Spanish.

WHAT HAIL REPAIR COSTS IN PHOENIX
These are the same published ranges we use at our Texas shop. On an insurance claim, your carrier pays the repair and your share is your deductible — which, for qualifying claims from this storm, we cover up to $2,000 depending on the damage.
A written estimate comes first, panel by panel, before anything is filed or fixed. If the damage is under your deductible, we’ll tell you, and cash PDR is usually the better route.
How We Repair Hail
PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR FIRST — AND WHERE IT STOPS
Most hail damage comes out without a repaint. In paintless dent repair, the technician reaches behind the panel — usually by lowering the headliner on a roof or lifting the insulation pad on a hood — and works each dent back to level under a striped reading light that shows every distortion. The factory paint never gets sanded or sprayed, which is why a PDR repair holds its value at trade-in.
PDR stops where the paint stops being intact. The golf-ball and hen-egg stones logged around Deer Valley, near Glendale and in northeast Mesa can crack paint on a panel’s crown or edge, and a cracked panel needs conventional repair: the metal straightened, primed and refinished, blended into the panels next to it and checked across lighting conditions. Aluminum hoods and roofs, common on newer trucks and SUVs, give back less shape than steel, so heavier aluminum damage crosses into conventional repair sooner. Broken glass, sunroofs, mirror housings and light lenses are replaced and added to the claim. We mark which method each panel needs on the estimate before you approve anything.
Timing matters too: hail damage left for months gets harder to separate from later dings and parking-lot dents, so getting the dent count done while the storm date is fresh keeps the claim simple.

You open a comprehensive claim dated October 20 or 21. We send the adjuster our photos and estimate, add supplements if hidden damage turns up, and handle the back-and-forth.

PDR where the paint is intact, conventional repair where it cracked, glass and trim replaced where needed. We help line up a rental while the car is here.
05. Delivery and warranty
Every panel is checked in daylight before the car goes back. You get the written lifetime warranty, and your deductible coverage is applied as written on the estimate.
Where We Pick Up
PHOENIX, GLENDALE, PEORIA & THE EAST VALLEY
North Phoenix is home base. Our shop on Hatcher Road sits in the North Mountain area, at the south end of the October 21 swath, which ran roughly from Peoria Avenue north to Deer Valley Road between about 51st Avenue and Cave Creek Road — Sunnyslope, North Mountain, Moon Valley and the Deer Valley area. Most north Phoenix customers are a short drive away, and pickup is free. Street-by-street detail is on our north Phoenix hail repair page.
Glendale and Peoria took the start of the same storm at 3:25 PM, and the afternoon’s largest stone — two inches — was reported 4 NE Glendale. We pick up across north Glendale and Peoria. See exactly where those reports landed on our Glendale hail repair page.
Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler were hit the night before, October 20, with stones up to two inches in northeast Mesa. The East Valley is a longer drive from Hatcher Road, so for those customers we lean on free pickup and drop-off rather than asking you to bring the car across town. The minute-by-minute Tuesday night log is on our Mesa hail repair page.
Not sure your area was hit? The full report-by-report log, with times and sizes, is on our Phoenix storm page. Call the storm line with your cross streets and we’ll tell you what the record shows near you.

Straight Answer
WHY A TEXAS BODY SHOP IS FIXING PHOENIX HAIL
Hail repair is a big share of our work in North Texas, where we’ve run a full I-CAR Gold Class collision and hail shop in Lewisville since 1978. When the October storms hit Phoenix, we opened a shop here. The quality of the work is the same as at home.
We know what out-of-town storm crews are known for, and we built this operation to be the opposite. A real shop with a street address instead of a parking-lot tent. Published prices instead of a number that changes with the customer. A written lifetime warranty from a company that has been around for 48 years. And a deductible offer that comes out of our margin, billed honestly, instead of one funded by padding the estimate. If anyone else knocks on your door after the storm, the questions in our hail scam guide work in Arizona too: where is your shop, are your prices written down, and who honors the warranty?
