AAA HAIL CLAIM IN PHOENIX? THREE AAAS TO KEEP STRAIGHT
File with the insurer on your AAA policy, not the roadside line. In Arizona, AAA auto insurance is provided through CSAA Insurance Group, but the insurer can vary by club, so check your declarations page, especially if your policy started in another state. Use the storm date: October 20, 2026 for the East Valley, October 21 for north Phoenix and Glendale. CSAA’s AAA Direct Repair Network is an option, and its guarantee applies if you choose one of those shops. Arizona law (A.R.S. § 20-468) lets you choose any shop. Qualifying AAA hail claims at DG Collision Center’s Phoenix shop are $0 out of pocket: your insurer pays the repair, and we cover the first $1,000 of your deductible.

These get mixed up all the time. A shop can have one and not the other, so ask specifically which one someone means.
WINTER VISITORS AND OUT-OF-STATE POLICIES
Plenty of Valley drivers keep a policy from back home, and AAA insurance differs from club to club. The company named on your declarations page is the one to call, with the claims number shown on your policy documents. If your car was here during the storm, the date and place are what matter: hail in Phoenix is still your comprehensive claim. Shop-choice rules can differ if your policy is from another state, so ask your adjuster if you’re unsure.
Picking the shop. CSAA says that if you choose a claim-related repair at a network shop, it will guarantee the work for as long as you own the vehicle. Pick another shop and the promise comes from that shop: ours is a written lifetime warranty on everything except mechanical.
Getting the number right. Under A.A.C. R20-6-801(H)(5), you’re entitled to a copy of the insurer’s estimate, and it must be an amount that can reasonably be expected to do the job. We count dents under PDR lights and send your adjuster a supplement with photos for anything missed.
Your costs. On qualifying claims from the October 20–21 storms, the first $1,000 of your deductible is on us; above that, case by case, and we do our best.
