ALLSTATE HAIL CLAIM IN PHOENIX? STEP BY STEP
Open a comprehensive claim with Allstate through the Allstate app, where QuickFoto Claim lets you submit photos, or online or through your agent. Use the storm date: October 20, 2026 for the East Valley, October 21 for north Phoenix and Glendale. Allstate may show you its Good Hands repair network; it’s a directory, not a mandate, and Arizona law (A.R.S. § 20-468) lets you choose any shop. A phone-photo estimate counts only the dents a camera can see, so treat it as an opening number. Qualifying Allstate hail claims at DG Collision Center’s Phoenix shop are $0 out of pocket: Allstate pays the repair, we cover the first $1,000 of your deductible, and you drive a free loaner.
The Longer Answer
QUICKFOTO, GOOD HANDS AND THE REAL DENT COUNT
QuickFoto counts what the phone sees. It’s convenient: you photograph the car and Allstate writes a first estimate. On hail, proper PDR lighting routinely shows far more dents than a driveway photo. We mark and count every one under the lights and send Allstate a supplement with photos for what the first estimate missed.
Good Hands is a directory. Allstate’s network lists shops it works with, and its guarantee applies at those shops. Choosing another shop doesn’t change your coverage. At ours, the repair carries our own written lifetime warranty on everything except mechanical.
Allstate and the Arizona rulebook. Arizona regulates how fast claims move. Under A.A.C. R20-6-801, Allstate has 10 working days to confirm it received your claim, generally 30 days to finish looking into it, and 15 working days after your proof of loss to say yes or no.
Out of pocket. Usually nothing on a qualifying claim. Allstate covers the repair, and for claims from the October 20–21 storms we take the first $1,000 of your deductible off the bill; anything above that is case by case, and we do our best.
