KEMPER OR INFINITY HAIL CLAIM IN PHOENIX? CHECK YOUR CARD
Read your insurance card first. Infinity Insurance Agency says your claim is handled by the carrier on your card, and it sells policies from several, including Kemper Auto, Progressive and Bristol West. If it says Kemper, file online or at 800-353-6737. Use the storm date: October 20, 2026 for the East Valley, October 21 for north Phoenix and Glendale. Kemper’s claims help page says, "You have the choice of where to have your vehicle repaired," and Arizona law (A.R.S. § 20-468) agrees. Hail needs comprehensive coverage. Qualifying claims at DG Collision Center’s Phoenix shop are $0 out of pocket: your insurer pays the repair, and we cover the first $1,000 of your deductible.

Infinity is also an agency name. Infinity Insurance Agency has Arizona locations and lists a range of carriers for claims: Kemper Auto at 1-800-353-6737 for policies beginning with 10 or 50, Progressive at 1-800-776-4737, and Bristol West at 1-800-274-7865, among others. Calling the wrong company can cost you a week. If you’re stuck, Infinity’s agents can help at 1-855-478-3705, including in Spanish.
Check for comprehensive. Many budget policies are liability only, which pays for the other driver’s car, not hail on yours. Your declarations page will say. If there’s no comprehensive, a cash repair may still make sense: $75–$200 per dent for dents up to about half-dollar size; larger ones are priced after inspection.
You won’t be treated differently here. Your right to choose a shop doesn’t depend on your premium. Under A.A.C. R20-6-801(H)(5), your insurer’s estimate must be an amount that can reasonably be expected to repair the car properly, and you get a copy.
