Report a comprehensive claim through MyAmFam, My Account or 1-800-692-6326, using October 20, 2026 for the East Valley or October 21 for north Phoenix and Glendale. American Family’s Dreams Restored Program is its repair network, with a lifetime workmanship guarantee backed by the company for as long as you own the vehicle. It’s optional: American Family says it will also work with you and a shop of your choice, and Arizona law (A.R.S. § 20-468) lets you choose any shop. Qualifying American Family hail claims at DG Collision Center’s Phoenix shop are $0 out of pocket: American Family pays the repair, we cover the first $1,000 of your deductible, and you drive a free loaner.

WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR PHOTOS AND ESTIMATE
Photos are a start. Uploading through the app gets the claim moving. Take the hood, roof and trunk at a low angle in good light. Expect the first number to reflect only what those pictures show.
Then the real count. We mark the dents under PDR lights, write the count panel by panel, and send your adjuster the estimate and photos. Under A.A.C. R20-6-801(E)(3), Arizona insurers have 10 working days to reply to a claimant’s communication that reasonably suggests a response is expected.
Your costs. On qualifying claims from the October 20–21 storms, we cover the first $1,000 of your deductible; if yours is higher, it’s case by case, and we do our best.
